Ilya and the Midwest Construction & Remodeling team did a fantastic job on our house. We had hail come through our neighborhood and the insurance company was giving us a hard time with approvals. Ilya was very meticulous in his inspection and was able to provide a professional report we submitted to the insurance company. Soon after we received approval for our repairs! Midwest Construction & Remodeling are professional roof, siding and window installers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior renovations.

Midwest Construction and Remodeling installed new siding on my home and garage. They also replaced a few windows and installed new gutters. Their service was top notch from beginning to end. We had an outstanding experience with Midwest Construction & Remodeling! Everything from the bidding process, to the completion of our project was efficient and expertly done. Iyana was our project manager. He listened to us, instead of giving us a slick sales pitch.we were confident in knowing that they were the right company for our job. His skilled crew was hard working(even in the freezing cold). They were thoughtful and very neat. The quality of their work is unmatched. We would recommend using this company for any deck, siding, roofing, or other construction projects you have. We are happy to recommend them!!

We had a great experience working with both Oleg and Vadim. Oleg was able to squeeze us in quickly to examine a roof leak and provided a very detailed inspection report with next steps. They coordinated with our plumber to complete the repair. Vadim seemed very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of helpful information. Great customer service all around. We will definitely work with this company again for any future roofing issues - though hopefully not anytime soon :)

There are many construction companies to chose from and why I picked Midwest Construction & Remodeling, was because of the No Pressure approach and Just a great company to work with. Clear communications on the timeline, products used (very well explained), and coordinated with the final inspections + working with our insurance company. My neighbor had used them for a project and was really happy with their work. I will use them again for future projects.

Midwest Construction was great though the whole process due to storm damage from a tree falling on the house that happened last Fall. They provided full service work and replaced the roof, siding and interior damage inside the house. They were also great at helping us navigate and interpret information from the insurance company.
